Please note that shipping rates may differ depending on your country. For certain remote locations, surcharges can be as high as $15.98 USD. Delivery times shown for Express Shipping are estimates only, as carriers do not guarantee exact arrival dates.
Occasionally, parcels may take longer due to customs clearance or delays with the shipping provider. During promotional periods or sales events, dispatch times may also be slightly extended because of increased order volumes.
Once your order has been successfully verified, you’ll receive a confirmation email. At this stage, cancellations are generally not possible since processing has already begun. If an issue arises, our support team will reach out by email or phone to work toward a suitable solution.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Shipments do not go out on weekends or public holidays. If order volume is unusually high, dispatch may take a little longer—please allow additional time for delivery. Should there be a significant delay, we’ll notify you promptly by email or phone.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Updates are typically available once the package reaches your local airport, so you may notice a short gap before information appears.

We pack and ship orders from Monday to Saturday, all year round (excluding Sundays and holidays). Orders placed after 6 PM CST (Sunday–Friday) will be prepared the following business day. Saturday orders will be shipped the next Monday or on the next working day. In some cases, delays may occur due to low stock, incomplete order details, or payment verification issues.
Please be aware that any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are applied by local authorities and are not covered by Shapecurve.
