I'm 5'4 wear size 12/14 36B and 180lbs. I ordered 2xl fit Perfect. You do have to squeeze in there but it's a nice compression. It's comfortable and stays in place.

Love how well it cinches my waist and perks up the booty area. The only con is that the straps and around the bra area are pretty visible in all the outfits I've worn it with.

I have tried more shapewear than I care to admit, but I've never tried the bodysuit style so I decided to order this mid-though body shaper. I am truly impressed! When it came out of the cylinder container, I thought "I am never going to get this tiny thing on", but it was smooth like butter! The bra portion has removable padding, and there is a thoughtful opening for visits to the ladies' room. It was truly mid-thigh on me (I am 5'9) and the straps didn't dig in or slide. This shapewear does a great job of walking the line between "not at all helpful" and "restrictive of my breathing", and I love what it does for my silhouette. I tried this on underneath several dresses as well as pants, and it worked well with any outfit. I wore it for hours moving quite a bit, and it never rolled up at the thigh or got sweaty on my skin. This is a great buy, don't hesitate!
