So I just recieved and went to the gym and it does the job for sure! I usually wear and XL pants size and M to large shirt sizes and I went for a L and it fit perfectly fine with extra room.
The shoulders are the biggest pain in my ass to get off; I am going to try to explain this.
I put my right hand under my arm to pull the sleeve down and then try to get the fabric off of my one shoulder enough to be able to pull it slightly off the other shoulder and then grab the fabric from the first shoulder and finish pulling it off. Much easier with a second sets of hands but that might not be an option please go pee before you put this suit on so it is never urgent! The stretch is amazing, I do deadlifts and squats a lot and I feel very comfortable doing both of these activities in this suit without the fear of it tearing. Also it looks damn good on with a pair of sweat pants if you're like myself and not a huge fan of wearing shorts to the gym
